
Alex completed his Bikram yoga training in spring of 2010 in Las Vegas, after personally practicing for 4 years. He came to Canada from Mexico back in 2005 and loves being here in Toronto. He currently has extended his training and is versed in multiple modalities and loves to explore sharing his teachings in his classes which range from yoga, Pilates, and much more. Known for his high energy classes, upbeat music and his signature whistling will definitely give you a boost of energy.

With over 15 years in the health and wellness industry, Amanda brings a wealth of experience, passion, and creativity to every class. A full-time Yoga Instructor who expanded into Pilates and Barre in 2018, she’s classically and contemporarily trained through multiple schools — blending modern movement with traditional roots. Amanda’s extensive background and playful teaching style shine through in her rhythmic, dynamic flows that leave you feeling energized, inspired, and stronger after every class. She’s also a faculty member for several Teacher Trainings in Toronto and runs her own Barre Training program — with even more exciting projects in the works!

Breanne Schimmens is a certified Pilates instructor based in Toronto, with a background in dance and gymnastics that informs her contemporary, movement-focused approach. She has been building her community across the city, teaching at studios such as Seven, Jaybird Studios, and Galeria Pilates. Known for her playful and motivating style, Breanne takes the time to connect with each client, understanding their wellness goals and creating movement that works for their body. Her classes foster strength, growth, and a lasting sense of well-being, making Pilates accessible and empowering for all levels.

Megan is a certified yoga teacher trained in Integral Yoga, blending postures, breath, meditation, and philosophy to create balance and presence. With over 15 years of dedicated practice and an athletic background, she also teaches Mat Pilates, emphasizing strength, stability, and mindful movement.
Her own daily life reflects her teaching — active, curious, and grounded in the belief that yoga is more than just a practice on the mat. A dedicated Vipassana meditator, Megan incorporates mindfulness and breathwork into her classes, guiding students toward a deeper connection with body, mind, and spirit.
Beyond the studio, Megan is a proud dog mom to her three rescue pups and is actively involved in animal welfare advocacy and volunteer work. She believes in living compassionately — both toward ourselves and the world around us.

Seema has owned her own studio in the past and has taught in Canada and Australia where she worked more intensely with chiropractors.She is educated specifically in breathwork, fascial work and the lymphatic system which she incorporates into her classes. She is trained in many modalities and is always keen on keeping up to date with health and wellness. Her goal is to help people age with their health and strength intact so they always feel empowered for all the years to come.
